Maintain proper regular food timings everyday.
Do not skip meals or follow irregular diet routine.
Chew food well. do not eat in rush.
Eat till you are 3/4th full ,this improves digestion and maintains proper metabolic activity.
Drink plenty of water during the day for improved digestion.
Have a glass of warm water +lime juice + honey, in the morning before having break fast.
Drink soup 1/2 an hour before meals .It helps in digestion and appetising.
Drink water with 2 to 3 drops of mint juice added to it.Add honey and lemon juice to cool water. Have it.
Ginger tea after meals aids in digestion.
Peppermint and ginger are effective remedies for digestive distress morning walk, jogging, swimming are excellant for good digestion.
