fresh juice has an immediate impact on body. 
As the vitamin and mineral concentration is high. 
The body does not have to work to break down to release nutrients In liquid form they are immediately absorbed. 
Natural sugar content, enters the blood stream, giving an instant lift. 
Using a juicer is far more better than using a blender. 
Remember juice is not a substitute for eating friuts and vegetables . 
Your body needs fiber . For optimal benefit use both. 
Juice should be consumed within half an hour of extraction, otherwise nutrients are lost.

drink melon juice alone as it does not mix well with other juices. 
beet root and red cabbage should be diluted with other juices. They have a powerful cleansing effect on the body and may make you dizzy if drunk alone or in more quantity.
