Solid deposits of cholesterol or calcium salts that forms in gall bladder or near by ducts, often cause no symptoms.
But some with gall stones,will have gall bladder attack, that causes nausea and intense, steady ache in their upper middle or upper right abdomen.

Favour termeric, citrus fruits, dried ginger, black pepper, long pepper, rock salt in your diet.
Maintain a healthy body weight and exercise regularly.
Choose a high fiber diet, fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
Reduce intake of animal fat, butter, margarine, mayonaise and fried foods.
