Tea and coffee any caffeinated drink ,any fizzy drink makes it harder for the body to absorb iron.

Best to drink tea and coffee in moderation, should drink atleast an hour before or after meals to stop it from hindering the absorption of minerals.

Milk should be avoided with meals, as milk depletes  iron reserves.Drink milk an  hourbefore or after meals containing iron.

Orange juice drinking any vitamin C drink at meal times will aid iron absorption.It is important that iron and vitamin C are consumed together.

This is a beverage you may have with any meal.
