Requirements
for HAJ VISA 1427-2006
These
are the Visa requirements for all the mumineens intending to go for
HAJ this year. If any of the below is not fullfilled, VISA application
will NOT be
processed by Faiz-E-Husaini.
Ø
Valid Passport for
6 months from the date of arrival in Jeddah with atleast 2 empty pages
for the VISA (Facing each other)
- Non-US
citizens should sent a copy of their U.S. permanent Resident
“Green” card and
- Foreign
students must send a letter from their School/Universities.
Ø
Saudi HAJ VISA
form completely filled.
Ø
Two Photos must be
on Photo Paper with white background and exact size of 1.5”X1.5”
(One has to pasted on the form and the second one to be clipped with
the form and NOT STAPLED).
Please do exactly as directed since
it is the main reason for VISA delays and rejections
Ø
Each individual
must provide ONE certified bank draft payable to the order of “THE
UNIFIED AGENTS OFFICE” for $274.40. The draft
should bear:

The name of the
person performing HAJ
·
Nationality
·
Passport Number
·
Place and Date of
issue of the Passport
Ø
Vaccination for
Meningitis. (Toll free: 1-888-499-7277)
Ø
Original tickets
with bookings, no copies will be accepted.
Ø
All
Moomenaat will require a proof of MEHRAM
(eg: Marriage certificate or birth certificate) except those over the
age of 45, who will require a notarized letter from their mehramdaar
allowing them to proceed for HAJ
Ø
All the above must
be handed over to your respective Faiz-E-Husaini.
Ø
Only send copies
of all your paperwork. Except
Original Forms, Passport and Tickets
Ø
Mumineen requiring
other visas need to get the visas before submission of the passport to
the faiz.

Note: The above requirements may change, if necessary
due to any changes made by the Goverment of the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia or the Saudi Embassy.
